Our company SOL S.A. (Associated Certified Public Accountants a société anonyme of Certified Public Accountants
Auditors) was founded on the 29th of April 1993 by the overwhelming majority of the members of the Soma Orkoton
Logiston, sole autonomous body entitled to conduct statutory audits and perform professional public accounting
– auditing services from 1956, when first established, to the 30th of April effective date of the current
legislative framework for the audit profession.

SOL S.A. employs most of the auditors of all levels, which are registered with the register of the
Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL) and its total force numbers about 700 members
(40% of SOEL registered members).
SOL S.A. consists of about 320 Certified Public Accountants Auditors all registered with the register
of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece (SOEL) with over 17 years’ experience,
namely the 60% of the country’s registered CPAs.
They are assisted by about 380 members of all levels (Assistant CPAs, Articled CPAs and Trainee CPAs)
all of which are at least University graduates and have attended a two-year study course (or are still
attending) at the Training Institute of S.O.E.L. (IESOEL) and also participate in the continuing
professional education training programs provided for all the members of SOL S.A.
